SUMMARY:Key risks you and your client face and how to avoid them
DESCRIPTION:Karen and Polly will look at 10 risks that can destroy a business. Some of these will be contractual issues\, for example liability caps\, engagement letter issues (e.g\, who is the client\, what are you doing\, not doing\, retainer creep) and some are operational issues\, e.g. AI\, remote working. In relation to each issue\, they’ll discuss common problems that arise\, and provide practical tips on how to avoid those problems. Karen and Polly will also look at how to deal with issues that lose a business money\, helping you/your clients to be more profitable without having to work harder. There will be time for questions on the issues raised.\n*Please note this session will not have BSL interpreters present.
