Congratulations to BrightPay for winning ‘Payroll Software Product of the Year’ at this year’s AccountingWEB’s Software Excellence Awards.
The group was up against Moneysoft, Xero Payroll, Capium and The Payroll Site.

This year, the primary focus has been on BrightPay Connect, our optional add-on product to the BrightPay payroll system. We have been working on one of the most anticipated features yet for BrightPay Connect, which involves the ability for payroll clients to enter employee payments, additions and deductions or upload employee timesheets through their BrightPay Connect bureau/client dashboard. Furthermore, payroll bureaus can seamlessly send a payroll summary to their client before the payroll is finalised for the client to approve the payroll run through their secure portal.
This client payroll entry and payroll approval features (coming soon) enable bureaus to reduce the time needed when processing payroll, while putting the onus on the client to ensure the payroll information is 100 per cent correct before the payroll is finalised.
