What are the show opening times?
The show opens at 9.00am on Tuesday 15 September 2026 and closes at 5.00pm. Please note that last admission is one hour before close. Join us afterwards for the After Show Party from 5.00pm in the Central Foyer.
Where do I get my visitor badge?
Once registered, your badge will be emailed to you straight away and resent one week before the event, so you can breeze through on the day with fast-track entry.
Who can attend the event?
Accountex Summit Manchester & FD Show are trade only events and admission is FREE for anyone working within an accountancy/bookkeeping practice, or within a finance role.
To protect the investment of our exhibitors there is a £500(+VAT) charge for non-exhibiting vendors, business development, sales and marketing professionals – with strictly no entry before 12pm. Whichever ticket type you attend on you agree to not solicit business anywhere on the show floor – see our Terms of Entry.
No under 18’s or students studying full time at college or university will be admitted into the show without prior permission from the organisers. If you have any questions before you register, please get in touch.
What’s included in my visitor pass?
Your free visitor pass gives you full access to the exhibition and all educational content, including seminars and keynotes, all on a first come, first served basis on the day.
Can I bring a colleague with me?
Absolutely! Please feel free to invite any colleagues to join you at the event – they just need to register here to be able to get own visitor pass.
How can I plan my visit?
An event app will be available to download nearer the time, making it easy to plan your visit. Keep an eye out for more details closer to the event.
What catering is available at Manchester Central?
Refuel at within the hall and utilise the hydration points to stay hydrated dotted around the event. For venue recommended restaurants and bars, click here.
Can I pre-book seminar sessions?
Seminar seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis, simply arrive at the theatre 10 minutes before your chosen session to secure your place.
Can’t decide which seminars to attend? All seminars in theatres 1-4 will be recorded, thanks to our sponsor Hammock. Recordings will be made available to watch back for a limited period, completely free of charge. Please note that you must attend the show in order to access this benefit.
How do I get CPD Accreditation?
By attending Accountex Summit Manchester & FD Show you’ll get up to 8 CPD hours from The CPD Certification Service. After the event you will be emailed a copy of your CPD certificate with the hours included. Please note, this could take up to 8 weeks to arrive with you.

Do the theatres have hearing loop systems in place?
Yes, each theatre will be fitted with a hearing loop system. This will ensure the session content is accessible to anyone who uses hearing aids.
