Rosie Berridge FMAAT is Founder and Director of Accountability Edinburgh, a regulated practice she has run since 2009, providing outsourced finance support to small businesses through a virtual finance team of 17. The firm was named Xero Bookkeeping Partner of the Year in 2024 and 2025, and Accounting Excellence Bookkeeping Team of the Year 2025. Rosie sits on Xero’s Partner Advisory Board and chairs the Edinburgh branch of the AAT. She specialises in cleaning up messy accounts, migrating clients onto Xero and building the financial controls and workflows that let a practice scale.
