Sarfaraz is Chief Operating Officer at Lancashire Farm Dairies, with responsibility across operational strategy, financial performance, manufacturing, supply chain and long-term growth. During his tenure, the business has scaled significantly, with turnover growing from £33m to c£100m.
A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and Chartered Banker (CAifs), Sarfaraz spent around a decade in financial services before moving into food manufacturing. He combines technical financial expertise with operational leadership across capital investment, manufacturing efficiency, governance, risk and business transformation.
Alongside his executive role, Sarfaraz serves as a Non-Executive Director at First Choice and has held an Independent Governor role at Hopwood Hall College. He has also been recognised by The Grocer as one of its Top New Talent award winners.
