An update from HMRC

HMRC know that the future of digital services is a really important topic for customers. Paul Riley, Director of Tax Administration at HMRC, will deliver the second session of the day that will focus on HMRC’s digital future. The session will provide the opportunity for more event delegates to hear about HMRC’s aims and ambitions for the future of digital services, and to hear an update on Making Tax Digital as a major transformation project. Paul will also discuss how HMRC will manage short-term pressures in the digital space, and look at some potential risks and opportunities in digital. There will then be the chance for you to ask questions and provide feedback.
