Sarah is Director of Strategy, Policy, Communications & Legal at Companies House and a member of the Executive team.
She joined the UK Civil Service at the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) in 2009, holding various policy and operational roles before joining Companies House in 2023. Formerly, she was Director of Business & International Policy at the IPO and Deputy Director for Customer Experience.
Sarah sat on the Board of the European Business Registries Association from 2024–26 and in 2019 chaired the Standing Committee on the Law of Patents at the World Intellectual Property Organization.
